I’m glad I woke up to this information. I really love drinking water. Lately I have been taking a new medication and for some reason reduced my intake of water. Boy my energy level went down ànd all sorts of discomfort crept in̈. I began̈ drinking water & thing started improving. For one it’s easier to have a BM
