The fact that many beverage labels have this misleading information written on them isn’t helpful at all. You may think you’re making a good choice by picking from the shelf a drink that reads “all-natural”, but be ready to learn something you probably didn’t know: this type of language isn’t regulated by the FDA.

In other words, drink manufacturers can formulate it in any number of different ways. For instance, a beverage that advertises itself as sugar-free could contain lots of dangerous artificial sweeteners.
