Chef Boyardee JUMBO Spaghetti & Meatballs
You’ve probably never considered that spaghetti and meatballs can come with 8 grams of sugar. Neither did we. But thanks to Chef Boyardee adding high fructose corn syrup to their sauce, this is possible. But that’s not the only problem when it comes to this canned food.
It’s true, it has a huge amount of protein, but not from the actual meat in the meatballs, but from the soy protein concentrate. And unlike a protein isolate, protein concentrate has more of the nutrients that are found in soy, which means it’s more likely to have traces of the carcinogen-containing pesticides that are used in some soy production.

Good information. Thanks
I just read some very upsetting ingredients that are in some people’s food.I will read those death sentence,s on the food labels. Thanks for the update.
Thank God it was only ,3 items I enjoy on the list. Good bye Homel hearty corn beef hash,Bold Manwich and Bush Baked Beans.🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦
It seems to only in the US. My sister lives abroad. Even brands we love are different there.
Luckily, I do not use any of the listed foods. I do like Spam Classic and use corned beef, but make my own hash, by adding fresh diced potatoes and onions with some seasonings. I read the nutrition labels each time I shop. Avoiding sucrolouse, aspartame, high fructose corn syrup, etc… Shopping smart and healthy for my wife and myself is a full time job!
