1. Dry mouth
This is an extremely common symptom of high blood sugar, and because of this, it is also one of the first prediabetes signs. Even if a dry mouth doesn’t sound so alarming and is something that happens to any of us once in a while, if you notice that your mouth is dry often, this might be a clear symptom.
If you have a chronic dry mouth, this can lead to chapped or cracked lips, bad breath, mouth sores, loose teeth, throat and mouth pain, and trouble chewing.
