He eats every 16 hrs. That is good. Some of the choices are good. More fresh fruits and vegetables could be added into some recipes. Overall, It’s average.
There are no fruits and vegetables in Donald Trump’s diet and if he does have a salad it is with creamy unhealthy dressing. He may be healthy now but it will catch up with him
He looks terrible. Very unhealthy. His mental health is the most worrisome. He’s becoming demented. We have a demented president. Congrats, USA.
Im sorry to disagree but be honest with the American public. Trump is not 215lbs. Iwas morbidly obese once. I was 265 and hes as big as I was if not more. He gloats about McDonald’s and the fact he does not exercise. Just his complexion and his heavy stature, his chest and gut are all the proof anyone needs to see he is not being truthful.
I do not wish any ill will on anyone, including the likes of Trump. However, my advice to him, keep eating the way you are eating. If he at some point He suffers from the consequences of a bad diet, I could not care less and if the worst happens, I will not lose any sleep over that either.

not bad. i eat breakfast rarely, yet healthy, every now and then, good bacon, and the eggs deep fried in the bacon grease. Trump’s height is 6′ 3′ and his weight is 215. That’s not bad at all, as long as his doctors check his internal organs every nine months to one year. drinking water never hurts. Don doesnt eat for 14-16 hours. Busy people often run on this schedule. Others dont eat dinner until 7 pm, too busy working, and just not hungry. The “fast foods plan” is personal. Remember, as its important, Trump is 78 years old. Most of his friends have died. He is just “stormin” through life, and is not worried about his culinary habits. Personally, Id consume F/3 spirallina from BioAge.com, and anything else he may choose or not choose to supplement. Looks like Don is on solid ground. PS: Don drinks Diet Coke. I drink Diet Pepsi. Maybe, one day, he will be, Diet Pepsi. ha! best, DRT.

Fast Food, is still food, and he has a point on the cleanliness… unclean food is much harder on the body..
Over cooking a steak is a crime, but when it happens ketchup IS the answer…
I’d prefer he drinks full sugar Coke, preferable Mexican… Real Sugar over chemicals and fake sugar is much better on your system… Water is my preferred drink, but I live in an area with great water…
A Host’s plate should never be better than his guests, his Mother must have pampered him at meal time… Like Adults that cut the crust off their sandwiches…
Eating healthy diets sounds great, except I have found in my family it didn’t always work out exactly that way. My grandmothers both ate meals heavy in red meats and fats. Bacon, red meat, chicken fats and not much veggies. One lived to 100 and the other to 95. My mother and my aunt both ate healthy avoiding fats, breads, desserts and alcohol and watched their weight, always saying they weigh what they did at 20. My mother died of cancer at 74 and my aunt died of heart disease at 82. Go figure!
