Who counts how many times you use the toilet? Yeah… no one. However, if you take more bathroom breaks than you used to, maybe it’s time to call your doctor.
A red flag is an urge to urinate at night. When it affects your natural ability to sleep, you probably have type 2 diabetes without realizing it.
