Non-restrictive clothing
Wearing tight-fitting clothes could also restrict blood flow. You might discover that your circulation is slightly improved by wearing loose-fitting clothes that don’t restrict the blood supply to the lower body. Also, wearing flat shoes instead of high heels could also help with varicose veins in the legs.
Keep the legs elevated.
Keeping your legs elevated at the same height as the heart and even above it might help with circulation. This would reduce the pressure in the leg veins because gravity would enhance blood flow back to the heart. You should try to keep your legs elevated, especially when you sit down for longer periods of time, like during work or rest.
Massage
Gently massaging the areas where you have problems could help keep the blood moving through the veins. You can use gentle massage oils or even moisturizers for effectiveness. It is highly important to avoid pressing directly onto the veins because this might damage fragile tissues.
