Worst types of canned food:

Campbell’s Homestyle Light New England Clam Chowder

If you were fooled by the fact that this canned product has the words “light” and “100 calories per serving” written on it, we get it. But now it’s time to open up your eyes and realize that beneath the aura of natural ingredients there is one nasty additive, and that’s titanium dioxide.

You don’t have to be a chemistry genius to know that it sounds bad, but this whitening agent has been linked to many health implications in humans, like hindering the functioning of digestive cells or reducing the absorption of nutrients like iron and zinc. Given the fact that it’s LOADED with bad additives that have no nutritional value, there’s no reason why you should ever eat this.

  1. I just read some very upsetting ingredients that are in some people’s food.I will read those death sentence,s on the food labels. Thanks for the update.

  2. Thank God it was only ,3 items I enjoy on the list. Good bye Homel hearty corn beef hash,Bold Manwich and Bush Baked Beans.🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦

  3. It seems to only in the US. My sister lives abroad. Even brands we love are different there.

  4. Luckily, I do not use any of the listed foods. I do like Spam Classic and use corned beef, but make my own hash, by adding fresh diced potatoes and onions with some seasonings. I read the nutrition labels each time I shop. Avoiding sucrolouse, aspartame, high fructose corn syrup, etc… Shopping smart and healthy for my wife and myself is a full time job!
