Del Monte Fruit Cocktail No Sugar Added
The thing with “no added sugar” is that they STILL use artificial sweeteners instead of cane sugar. And this applies to this can of fruit cocktail from Del Monte as well. In fact, it has two artificial sweeteners: Acesulfame Potassium and Sucralose, which has been linked to negative health implications caused by an imbalance in your gut microbiome.
Why? Because it recalibrates your sweetness receptors, which can make you overeat traditionally-sweetened foods. If you want to cut back on the sweet stuff, we recommend you try Del Monte’s “Lite” canned version. So, next time when you’re out grocery shopping, look out for Del Monte Lite Fruit Cocktail.

Good information. Thanks
I just read some very upsetting ingredients that are in some people’s food.I will read those death sentence,s on the food labels. Thanks for the update.
Thank God it was only ,3 items I enjoy on the list. Good bye Homel hearty corn beef hash,Bold Manwich and Bush Baked Beans.🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦
It seems to only in the US. My sister lives abroad. Even brands we love are different there.
Luckily, I do not use any of the listed foods. I do like Spam Classic and use corned beef, but make my own hash, by adding fresh diced potatoes and onions with some seasonings. I read the nutrition labels each time I shop. Avoiding sucrolouse, aspartame, high fructose corn syrup, etc… Shopping smart and healthy for my wife and myself is a full time job!
